Little Inventors… Winning Design

A huge thank you to all classes for the time and effort spent on each design during STEM week.

I was delighted to receive a phone call last week from one of the team members at Little Inventors. I found out that Adriana’s design (Y5) had been chosen as one of the winning designs. In a few weeks Adriana will meet an architect from Faulkner Browns Architects to discuss her design and the making of her house. Following this, they will turn her design into a real object in the form of a scale model. This model will be displayed during the Great Exhibition of the North East and, thankfully, we will ALL get to see it because Mrs. Binney has booked a trip for each class linked to this fantastic exhibition.

I am bursting with pride for Adriana and can’t wait to see the finished product. Well done.
